If there is dripping water, the seals should be tightened or replaced immediately. 2. Always check whether lifting, traction and accessories are damaged or fall off. 3. The special parts of the wrecker should be coated with grease at each lubrication point according to the maintenance manual, and pay attention to the hydraulic cylinder piston rod cannot be greased. 4. Remove all the wire ropes of the wrecker hydraulic winch and clean the prescribed oil once a month. 5. The newly bought wreckers generally need to replace the hydraulic oil within half a year, usually if the hydraulic oil is found to be dirty or aging phenomenon, it needs to be replaced in time, the general manufacturer recommends that the longest hydraulic oil should be replaced once a year. (The longer the hydraulic oil is used, the more impurities in the oil, the greater the viscosity of the oil, the greater the resistance, and the weak hydraulic expansion, it must be replaced at this time) 
6. The hydraulic system of the wrecker must use the specified hydraulic oil, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the hydraulic system. 7. When adding hydraulic oil, the gear pump should run at a low speed, so that the telescopic cylinder, folding cylinder and variable amplitude cylinder move back and forth 2-3 times, the hydraulic winch moves forward about 2 turns, reverse to ensure that the air in the hydraulic system can be discharged by all the oil tank cover vent, and the hydraulic oil in the final tank should be kept between the scale line and the lower limit of the oil gauge. When adding hydraulic oil, it must be filtered using a filter with an accuracy of not less than 25 microns. 8. Cleaning of the multi-way reversing valve, (taking the ordinary multi-way valve as an example, the principle of the multi-way reversing valve in other structural forms is the same), the relief valve is opened by 30 or the ring is unscrew, and the mouth is blocked with a clean mouth to prevent a large amount of oil loss, and the debris is cleaned at the arrow indicating point. Lift the spool with the cross-lift end, repeat several times, and then add a small amount of hydraulic oil until the impurities are removed from the hole. The wrecker must pay attention to the maintenance of details in the usual use process, so as to ensure its good performance.
